Stylish Loft in Roma Norte Near Dining and Cafés

Nice space, but major access issues made the stay frustrating and unreliable, and the host was completely unresponsive a Positive: The apartment itself is well designed, clean, and located in a good area with easy access to restaurants and architecture. Negative: The stay was significantly disrupted by operational issues. Check-in was delayed by nearly 3 hours due to maintenance, and I was locked out of the apartment for hours the following morning, I went out for a coffee at 7 am and could access to the apt until the check out hour 11am. This prevented me from accessing my belongings and workspace, directly impacting my professional obligations. The overall experience did not meet expectations. I have been waiting for a refund since 2 months and a half

We loved the location of this townhouse. Quiet little street in the heart of Roma Norte. If you are traveling to Mexico City, highly recommended staying in this location. Coffee and bagel shops nearby. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location, needs some attention Positive: The location is ideal for visiting Roma Norte and Condesa. The check-in went smoothly. The smart TV's are huge. Negative: The instructions for getting hot water were vague, so we had to have a maintenance person come out. However, the pressure in some faucets was so weak, it didn't trigger the on-demand water heater to kick in. A bedside lamp had a European plug and there were no adapters, so it wasn't useable. The sliding door between the bedroom and the area where there is a murphy bed is broken and can't be closed - so there is no way to have privacy between those spaces. The last night of our stay, we were rudely woken at 4:30 am when a massive mirror fell off the wall in the adjacent bathroom. When I informed the host, I got no response.

Positive: Nice decor, great location. Negative: Street outside can be noisy. The windows face the street.
