Terms & conditions

These terms apply to reservations made on this website for homes managed by Dave & Nat Hosting, a brand of Viva Houses Bienes Raíces SA de CV ("we", "us"). By completing a booking you accept them, together with the house rules and cancellation policy shown on the home's page.

1. Reservations and payment

A reservation is confirmed when payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars and the total at checkout includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

2. Cancellations and changes

Each home has its own cancellation policy, displayed before you pay and included in your confirmation. Refunds, when they apply, are returned to the original payment method. Changes of dates are subject to availability and may change the total price.

3. Check-in, check-out and occupancy

Check-in and check-out times are stated on the home's page. The number of guests may not exceed the occupancy booked. Events and parties are not allowed unless we have agreed to them in writing.

4. House rules and care of the home

Guests agree to follow the house rules of each home and the rules of the building or community where it is located, including quiet hours. The guest who makes the reservation is responsible for any damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear and tear, and for any fines caused by breaking building rules.

5. Our responsibilities

We will deliver the home clean, safe and as described. If something is not right, tell us during your stay at booking@daveandnathosting.com so we can fix it.

6. Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or injuries caused by the guest's negligence or by events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Mexico City.
